Home heater intermittent blower problem?

I have an electric heater in my apartment. Finally, when it comes, it will blow for three seconds and off for three seconds. To this end, until the temperature is what is set. Why would it be? Other information: I have all but the longest closed vent structure in order to give my roommate some ‘heat anymore. E ‘was really cold outside, so the installation is fairly often. It means keep it warm enough, but the sound is really annoying, and probably cost much more elektricitet.Min landlord recently replaced the thermostat, because the digital display was dead, and just blows a minimum flow of hot luft.Funny: When I feel departure, I can make an empty threat to the system and will skip the track. My empty threats include threats of physical equipment or a finger rebuke to the thermostat.

It could be a faulty fan switch (internal to the furnace) or you have the thermostat set to cold. the cold air returning to the heater will open the fan switch whitch operates on heat. when the fan turns off the heat builds up in the heater and the fan switch closes. It is not a result of the new stat.

could be fan switch, motor also has a thermal cut out if it gets to hot you need a amp meter to check it to see where the power is cutting off
