Will a heat pump upgrade be worth it?

I bought a new 1850 sq m to house in August, which are all non-electric heat pump. The oven is compatible with heat pump and has two 60 amp breakers for heating and operation of the fan. I live in Missouri and spend the 300 00 + a month for electricity during the winter. My home main heating unit is not blowing hot air, It’s electric w/a heat pump.. any suggestions?

I have an electric pump and heat of the fans inside the house, but the teeth, but only blows cold air when it is supposed to blow hot air. I had a company come and look, they told me that the heat pump was beautiful, and I had to replace only a small box of fuses and two 60 amp fuses, so I did and it worked fine for a while ‘, but for reason or another not to blow hot air. Any suggestions, before calling the repairman again and get overloaded again? Thank you!

and I will not turn off, I must go to the thermostat and two cars in which to settle. .

How do I wire a 2nd thermostat for blower only to my electric system for outdoor wood furnace?

I want the heat pump thermostat to be set on say 65 and the wood furnace to be set on say 70 the wood furnace thermostat only needs to be able to control fan.
