What generally spin faster: gas or electric leaf blowers?

I suspect electric spin faster since I’ve never heard of a gas engine reaching 40,000 or even 30,000 rpm that most electrics reach.

    Actually the wind is more effective, but to answer your question, I would say gas. All depends on the make and model.
